Really good service. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I have decided to stay away from bargain basement pharmacies as the servcie level tends to be low, even if the product is genuine.

They failed to review my case properly afer providing detailed information and chose to prescribe off the shelf dioreah medication at UKP44 which is excessive to say the least. I followed up with a phone call only to find that the consultants I dealt with were not doctors. Then received a followup email to say a doctor had agreed to presribe what I asked for but when I called, said the email had been sent in error. There was no further followup consultations as promised. In the end I went to a local doctor and was prescribed the correct treatment. I cannot recommned this company at all

The only complaint I have with Health Express is the price. They provide a good service though. If budget is not a problem then this service is good.
